Change of Appointment
We ask that our loyal Peach Envy customers change their scheduled appointment 24 hours in advance. Changes may not be made the same day as your appointment. No Exceptions!
Refunds for Cancellations
We have a zero refund policy for all Peach Envy service cancellations.
Peach Envy Late Fees
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will be charged a fee for any services scheduled. All late fees and cancellation fees must be paid before rebooking. Bookings will not be confirmed for customers with outstanding fees.
